Factory Manufacturing Capability
IKING GROUP glass wool factory was established in 1995, and the Ministry of Foreign Trade was established in 2009. After more than 29 years of development, we already have 13 production lines for glass wool insulation products. Our own brand is ISOKING®. With high-quality products and competitive prices, our products are very popular around the world.
We can provide OEM packaging or brand packaging, have a full set of certificates to ensure quality, accept online and offline inspections from customers, and have a large inventory. We are committed to providing customers with quality products and excellent services.

Our factory is fitted with advanced production lines, all purpose-built for building insulation materials. We have 13 glass wool lines and 8 rock wool lines in total, so we can keep production steady and non-stop—whether it’s standard products or custom orders for South American construction projects.
Each production line follows strict standard processes and quality checks, covering every step from raw material testing to final product inspection. This translates to consistent performance, even density, and reliable thermal and acoustic insulation—top priorities for South American B2B clients who care a lot about durability and compliance. With this stable capacity, we can handle large-volume orders, sustain long-term collaborations, and tweak products to fit the specific needs of South American markets.

To speed up order delivery for our South American partners, we’ve built a solid warehousing system with plenty of space for both finished goods and raw materials. We sort and store products by specification and production batch, making it easy to locate items, keep them in good shape, and ship them out right after orders are confirmed—that’s vital for meeting tight project deadlines in South America.
This warehousing model lets us respond quickly to customer orders, manage peak production periods smoothly, and keep a steady supply for ongoing South American construction projects. That flexibility is especially important for exports to South America, where big projects usually require phased deliveries to match on-site construction progress.
Having served South American markets for years, we’ve fine-tuned reliable transportation and delivery solutions for this region. We work closely with logistics partners who know South American ports and trade routes inside out, offering cost-effective shipping options. This helps our clients cut transport costs while making sure goods arrive on time—even when dealing with regional logistics challenges.
Our team knows the ins and outs of export requirements for South America: export-grade packaging that can stand long-haul shipping, optimised container loading to make the most of space, and all the necessary documents for smooth customs clearance in South America. With this expertise, we guarantee safe and efficient delivery of goods. Whether it’s full container loads (FCL) or project-specific deliveries to cities across South America, we focus on practical, budget-friendly logistics.

We see reliable after-sales service as the cornerstone of long-term partnerships with South American B2B clients. Our dedicated team provides technical support, product usage guidance, and prompt communication throughout the entire project—from planning to completion.
We help clients pick the right products, confirm specifications that meet South American construction standards, follow up on deliveries, and even provide on-site application support when needed. Our goal is straightforward: make sure our clients’ projects run smoothly. This service-focused mindset is what helps us build stable, trust-based long-term partnerships with South American businesses.
