The Mid-Autumn Festival is one of the most meaningful traditional festivals in China. It is a time for family reunion, gratitude, and sharing good wishes for the future.
For IKING, this year's festival was also an opportunity to thank the people behind our daily work — our employees and their families.
As a global insulation manufacturer serving customers in different markets, we work every day with customers, partners, and colleagues around the world. But behind every order, project, and achievement are real people and the families who support them.
To celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival, IKING has arranged a 3-day holiday break for our employees from September 25 to September 27, 2026.
The holiday gives our team an opportunity to step away from their daily work, return home, and spend meaningful time with their families.
Before the holiday, our teams made the necessary arrangements for ongoing work and customer projects to ensure continuous and smooth communication.
We sincerely appreciate the understanding and continued support of our customers and partners during the holiday period.
This year's Mid-Autumn Festival gifts had a special meaning.
Each employee received a grain and cooking oil gift set prepared by the company.
But IKING also prepared a gift for the people behind every employee.
Each employee's parents received a customized IKING tea gift box.
One gift was for the employee. The other was for their parents.
It was our way of expressing appreciation not only to our team members, but also to the families who support them every day.
There was also a small surprise waiting for everyone.
Our founder prepared two bright red apples for every employee.
The apples brought a festive atmosphere to the office and carried simple wishes for health, peace, and happiness.
It was a small gesture, but it brought many smiles to the team.
Sometimes, it is the simplest surprises that make a celebration memorable.
One of the most meaningful parts of this year's celebration was a personal letter written by our founder.
Instead of focusing on business targets or company performance, the letter focused on family, gratitude, responsibility, and the journey we share as colleagues.
At IKING, we believe that a company is built by people.
Behind every employee is a family that provides encouragement and support.
Recognizing that support is also part of building a strong and caring company culture.
The entire IKING team gathered for a group photo to record this special occasion.
Our colleagues work across different areas, including production, quality control, sales, logistics, marketing, and customer service.
Each role is different, but everyone contributes to the same team. The group photo captured more than a festival celebration. It captured a moment of togetherness among the people behind IKING.
As a manufacturer of glass wool and other insulation materials, IKING continues to work with customers across international markets.
Our daily work focuses on product quality, reliable supply, professional service, and long-term cooperation.
At the same time, we believe that long-term business relationships are built on trust between people. The Mid-Autumn Festival gives us a chance to step away from products and projects for a moment and remember the people who make our work meaningful.
To our employees and their families, thank you for being part of the IKING family.
To our customers and partners around the world, thank you for your continued trust and support.
May this Mid-Autumn Festival bring every family more time together, every home more warmth, and every new journey more good wishes.
